This is the flyer the recruiter is handing out in the diner during Kreese's flashback scene. There are two types of flyers here, one with a gloss finish and one with a matte finish. The gloss finish are the ones used at the diner, the matte finish was a production back-up option. All the gloss flyers are wrinkled, probably from different takes when the bully crumpled them up. Each flyer sold separately.
