These are the past due bills and envelopes on Kreese’s desk in season 4 episodes 1 and 2. They are mostly visible in episode 2 when he is talking to Tour and says “Sometimes a step backwards opens a new path forward, pain isn’t something you feel”.  The one envelope has this written on it and is seen on screen. Not all the bills were seen on screen and some of them are production back-ups. Each sold separately and labeled accordingly. These came in a bag labeled by production with a he first scene number they appeared in. Bag only included with purchase of envelope with Kreese’s quote on it.
