The hammer is made of hard rubber/resin by Weta Workshop. These were originally purchased from the 2022 VIP Samaritan Auction. The hammer is a stunt hammer used in the scene when Cyrus slams it down in the evidence locker when he originally finds the hammer and the case is the screen used case from the same scene.
