This is the toy helicopter that is on screen in the Wheeler's basement in Strangers Things starring Millie Bobby Brown, Finn Wolfhard and Winona Ryder. It is approximately 17" long. It is made of plastic and is dirty, dusty, just the way it came off set. This comes with a certificate of authenticity.
